1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. You will never be charged a restocking fee for returning an item.

4. Return Condition & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Final Sale Items

Shop with confidence! We do not have "Final Sale" items. All products purchased from our store are eligible for returns within the standard 30-day window, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer's policies).
